Craft Image

How to Make It:

  1. Cut twelve squares of construction paper that measure 2 inches by 3 inches.

  2. Draw a different holiday picture on six of the squares, or glue on paper cutouts. Create a matching square for each picture so that you have six pairs.

  3. To make the game board, cut a 6-inch-by-9-inch piece of construction paper. Glue one of each pair of pictures on the game board.

  4. Glue the front of an envelope to the back of the game board. Store the cards in the envelope. To make your game last longer, cover your game board and picture cards with clear adhesive paper.

  5. Play the game alone or with friends. Each player will need a game board and six pictures that are different from everyone else’s. To play, shuffle the cards and put them facedown in a pile. Players place their game boards in front of them. The first player takes a card from the pile. If the card does not match any of the pictures on his or her own game board, he or she shows it to the other players. The player with the matching picture places the card on his or her game board. The next player takes a card from the pile. The player who matches all of the pictures on his or her game board first is the winner.
