What You’ll Need:

  • glue
  • red, white, and blue paper
  • cardboard container
  • scissors
  • pencil
  • saucer
  • treats

How to Make It:

  1. Glue white paper around a cardboard container.

  2. Cut 1-inch-wide strips from red paper. Glue them on the container to make stripes.

  3. To make the brim of the hat, trace around a saucer onto blue paper. Cut out the circle, and glue the bottom of the container on it.

  4. Fill the top hat with treats.
