Textured Paintings

What You’ll Need:

• heavy cardboard or canvas board
• paint
• scissors
• tissue paper
• glue
• netting, paper, glitter, foil, or fabric

How to Make It:

1. Cover a heavy piece of cardboard or canvas board with a thin layer of paint.

2. Cut designs from tissue paper. Glue them on the board however you’d like. You can also brush them with a mixture of glue and water to make the tissue-paper color bleed onto the board.

3. Glue on netting, paper, glitter, foil, or fabric.

4. Brush more paint over sections of the painting.
