Distractions in Class
I have a lot of friends. That is, I did have a lot of friends. Why? In class, this kid that sat next to me was a pretty funny guy. When my friend was reading her report to the class, I started laughing because the funny guy started making noises. I laughed hard; so hard I got in trouble. What should I do?

Apologize to your friend and explain what happened. She was probably embarrassed and thought you were laughing at her. This may be a misunderstanding that is easy to clear up.
In the future, try not to be distracted by your classmates. You can do this by looking at the speaker in the front of the classroom and not turning your head to react to noises around you. This takes discipline, of course, but you can do it.
