School Keeping You Awake

School Keeping You Awake
Every night when I go to bed I start remembering things about school, like projects and homework I didn't do. I've been worrying about that.

The best way to avoid this situation is to complete your assignments on time. Keeping track of them in a notebook or on a calendar might help you to remember.

Try to start your assignments before they are due. Sometimes just working on a project for ten minutes at a time will give you a good start.

You may find it useful to keep a pad of paper and a pencil near your bed. When something is keeping you awake, write it on the pad. That might get the thought out of your head so you can sleep. When you wake up, you will see the note and be reminded of what you need to do.

Best wishes,
