Spinning Superheroes

• index card
• pencil
• markers
• scissors
• paper clip

1. On an index card, draw the pattern shown below. Draw and color a superhero using markers.

   

2. Cut along the red dotted lines. Fold along the black lines. Hold the bottom panels back with a paper clip.
3. Gently bend the cape— one panel forward, one panel backward. Drop your superhero from up high and watch it spin to the ground.
