Portable Soccer Game

What You'll Need:

  • scissors

  • plastic berry basket

  • cardboard

  • hole punch

  • twist ties or chenille sticks

  • paint

  • aluminum foil

How to Make It:

  1. Cut a plastic berry basket in half. Each half will be a goal.

  2. At each end of a large rectangular piece of cardboard, poke four holes—two on each side of where the goal will be placed. Attach the goals by bending twist ties or chenille sticks around each side of the goal and through the holes in the cardboard, as shown. Twist the ends together underneath.

  3. Paint the cardboard to look like a soccer field.

  4. Make a ball from foil.

  5. Turn your hand into a soccer player, using your pointer and middle fingers as legs. Find a friend and hit the field!
