One thing that can help change your attitude is gratitude! Try making a list of all you are grateful for. Set aside a few minutes each day to add to the list. The more you think about the good things in your life, the less you’ll focus on things that bother you.
It’s also important to accept that things won’t always go the way you’d like them to. Rather than getting frustrated, tell yourself that it’s OK, and make a new plan. Instead of dwelling on the past, think about how you can move forward. Try to have a sense of humor about situations you can’t change.
