One thing that can help is doing breathing exercises. Try taking "balloon breaths." Lie flat on your back, close your eyes, and put your hand on your belly. Imagine that your belly is a balloon, and as you breathe in, you're filling the balloon with air. As you breathe out, let the air flow out of the balloon. Take 10 or more balloon breaths.
