Parents sometimes spend more time with younger kids, but that’s not because they love them more than the older kids. It’s just that little kids require more care and need to be watched carefully. You’re older and more independent, but your sister still needs your dad right by her side. What’s important is that the three of you are getting outside for some fresh air and having fun together.
You might talk to your dad and see if you can ride bikes together sometime, just the two of you. It’s nice to have one-on-one time every once in a while.
