It’s normal for relationships to change or end sometimes.
Do you know why these two friendships ended? For example, did they end because of an argument? Did your interests change? Did one of you become too busy? Noticing things that happened may help.
Share your concerns with your parents, too. They know you well and likely know your friends, so they may have ideas about how to keep your friendships strong.
Perhaps you and your former friends can even agree to a fresh start. Try talking with them to see if you can work things out.
