The next time this girl says something about your hair, you might calmly let her know how her comments make you feel. You might say “I’ll wear my hair in a way that makes me happy, and you wear your hair in a way that makes you happy.” Then, change the subject. If you don’t react in an angry way, perhaps the two of you can move on.
