Boat #1
This is my boat. I used cut-out foam shapes and stuck them to the side of the boat. Then, I used more foam and made the inside pretty. Next, I used a skewer and taped the foam on top for the sail. I taped the sail onto the inside of the boat and put the boat in a plastic tub filled with water. I mixed food dye to make the water look like river water.

Boat #2
One is a mayonnaise jar from the recycling, my dad's tape, and paper. It didn't float because it fell over and the sail got wet and fell in. The tall one is tape, a plastic coffee cup, and paper. It didn't float because it's too big.

Boat #3
It has a tiny paper captain, and it can also be used as a bath toy.
Sage, Age 8
Boat #4
This is my boat. It is made out of paper, tape, and a plastic container.

Boat #5
This is a 3D model. I could not upload the real thing. So, I had to make a picture, but I worked very hard. I still have glue on my hands, but the fun (which I had a lot of) is all that matters in the end.

Boat #6
The Blue Line boat can have 4 people in the boat at a time. It goes slow, but it is a great way to spend a vacation! It may be slow, but it is fun too!
Marley, Age 8
Boat #7
Here is my sailboat! I made it with a plastic container, foam paper, a craft stick, fabric, and tape.
Pressley, Age 10
Boat #8
It worked using just tape, a cashews can, and paper. It floated.
