This tiny, early horn-faced dinosaur, or ceratopsian (sayr-ah-TOPS-ee-en), lived nearly 100 million years before its much bigger North American relative, Triceratops. The Hualianceratops had a beaked mouth, and likely ran on its two long hind legs.
