What You’ll Need
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash black pepper
  • Dash garlic powder
What to Do
  1. Before you begin: Adult: Wash and chop the fresh parsley and chives.
  2. Put the sour cream and mayonnaise into a medium-sized bowl. Mix with a fork until smooth.


  3. Add the parsley, chives, dill, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.


  4. Serve with cut vegetables, such as cucumbers, carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
