Juicy Blueberry Smoothie

What You’ll Need
  • 1 orange or ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries (about 2½ cups); save some for garnish
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
What to Do
  1. Wash your hands. Squeeze the orange to make juice.


  2. Combine the orange juice, blueberries, grape, juice, water, and cinnamon in the blender. Adult: Puree the mixture.


  3. Pour into glasses. Top with 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and fresh blueberries.
