Red, White, and Blue Nachos

Before you begin: Adult—Set the oven to broil.

What You’ll Need
  • 6-ounce bag blue tortilla chips
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings:
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Sliced olives
  • Black beans, rinsed and drained
What to Do
  1. Spread tortilla chips evenly on the bottom of a 9-inch-by-13-inch pan.

  2. Spoon the salsa over the chips.

  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Add toppings, if you’d like.

  4. Adult: Broil for 3 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes before eating.
