Turkey-Veggie Pinwheels

What You’ll Need
  • 1 whole-wheat or white flour tortilla
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 slices of cooked turkey
  • 1 to 2 thin slices of mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded carrot or zucchini (or both!)
What to Do
  1. Place the tortilla on a plate. Spread mayonnaise or cream cheese on it.

  2. Layer turkey, cheese, and vegetables on top of the tortilla and roll it up.

  3. Have an adult slice the roll into pinwheels. Enjoy!
